Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GTM technology platforms.
  • Translate business strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller productivity, marketing effectiveness, and revenue workflows through technology.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM products from discovery and requirements through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop product requirements documents, define success metrics, and track product adoption and impact.
  • Use user feedback and data insights to refine priorities and improve the product experience.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Security, and IT teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to plan and deliver product releases.
  • Balance new feature development with platform improvements and technical debt.
  • Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new GTM capabilities.
  • Monitor KPIs and support incident or problem management when issues arise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally supporting enterprise or internal technology platforms.
  • Experience working with go-to-market systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or lead-to-quote workflows.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product strategy, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Technical fluency in enterprise systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows or automation tools.
  • Experience using product metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
