Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to define success criteria, scope agent builds, and create delivery plans.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to map customer support taxonomies and intent routing logic.
  • Design, configure, and iterate specialized Agents from setup through launch and post-launch improvement.
  • Translate business rules into structured Procedures and brand-compliant Guidance.
  • Set up, test, and validate Custom Tools that connect the AI to external systems and enable autonomous actions.
  • Test agents using simulation, telemetry, and tracing to verify performance, safety, compliance, and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during high-stakes customer engagements.
  • Build reporting frameworks that track deflection, resolution quality, and business impact.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface platform gaps and influence platform development.
  • Develop internal best practices, templates, documentation, and delivery processes to standardize future implementations.
  • Train and mentor the broader Solution Architect team and share lessons learned across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously at a Sr. Manager/Director equivalent level.
  • Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions that require structured execution, testing, and iteration.
  • Experience working with senior technical stakeholders, VP-level Support/CX leaders, and IT Operations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs and integrations, including REST, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience building Custom Tools that connect an LLM to backend systems.
  • Experience configuring and integrating enterprise platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, or ERPs.
  • Understanding of agentic AI fundamentals, including the difference between deterministic chatbots and LLM-powered multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Fluency in support and CX metrics such as deflection, resolution rates, cost-to-serve, CSAT/NPS, and QA frameworks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear implementation plans and manage execution against timelines.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain AI reasoning, hallucinations, and tool-calling to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented working style with strong ownership in a fast-moving incubation environment.
  • Ability to balance speed with rigor while using simulations and tracing to maintain safety, compliance, and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI's Agent SDK, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks (nice to have).
  • Strong product instincts and ability to define success metrics and contribute to roadmap discussions (nice to have).
  • A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience (nice to have).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $168,000 to $252,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Potential for variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, if applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
