Description

  • Own and prioritize the Data & AI roadmap across provider, patient support, and internal tooling initiatives.
  • Build initiative scoring models, run ROI analyses, and defend prioritization decisions to leadership.
  • Lead AI product initiatives from discovery through deployment with minimal hand-holding.
  • Design and roll out AI-powered features across the product and operations stack.
  • Develop AI-based patient communication, triage, routing, and workflow automation across multi-channel systems.
  • Partner with clinical leads and the data team to augment provider workflows and clinical quality processes.
  • Ground product decisions in operational data by working with the BI data layer.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including workflow inventories, architecture decision records, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience shipping AI/ML products in production, not just prototypes.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience deploying generative AI at scale in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in experimentation, metrics, and data-informed prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Background in sleep medicine, digital health, or healthtech is preferred.
  • Experience designing modular AI skill architectures is preferred.
  • Experience with voice agents is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with FDA or MDR software validation (SaMD or CDS) is preferred.
  • Previous startup or scale-up experience is preferred.
