Description

  • Define the GTM AI and platforms strategy for Core Operations to improve productivity and revenue and customer outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into prioritized AI use cases and requirements while partnering with IT on the technology roadmap.
  • Own GTM AI programs end-to-end, from problem definition and business case development through rollout and impact measurement.
  • Lead change management to drive adoption of new AI capabilities across Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and other GTM teams.
  • Establish and oversee data governance processes that support scalable and trusted AI solutions.
  • Run the Field Advisory Board on GTM use of AI and horizontal platforms and serve as the bridge between GTM leadership and IT.
  • Analyze and redesign end-to-end GTM processes to reduce friction, eliminate manual work, and improve consistency.
  • Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities that fundamentally improve workflows and internal productivity.
  • Build a centralized intake and prioritization model for AI use cases across GTM and define execution paths for each initiative.
  • Develop training, frameworks, and learning programs to upskill the GTM Operations team and increase AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, RevOps, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience redesigning business processes and leading cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI or automation use cases in business operations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and SAs.
  • Experience partnering with IT, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity by building frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience acting as a process architect or process engineer within GTM or operations environments (preferred).
  • Experience deploying AI tools such as enterprise search, LLM platforms, or workflow automation tools (preferred).
  • Ability to balance rapid experimentation with scalable, governed solutions (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $109,000–$215,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
