Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Program Managers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Build strong relationships with GTM stakeholders such as RVPs, Sales Directors, Services Leadership, front-line managers, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Gather program requirements, communicate the enablement roadmap, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to plan and execute successful enablement rollouts, including timing, communications, manager enablement, and change management.
  • Ensure core enablement programs such as new hire onboarding, everboarding, and services certification are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Translate company and sales strategy into enablement priorities and programs that clearly support business goals.
  • Ensure programs follow adult learning principles and instructional design best practices across formats such as VILT, ILT, role-plays, and elective learning.
  • Track program metrics, learning outcomes, and business impact, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve program quality, adoption, and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, services enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams of Program Managers or similar roles.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale enablement programs such as Sales Kick-Offs, product launches, and new hire onboarding.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience designing enablement programs with a mix of learning modalities, including VILT, ILT, and role-plays.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with GTM leaders and front-line managers.
  • Ability to connect company strategy to enablement execution and help teams understand the business purpose of their work.
  • Data-driven experience tracking enablement metrics and showing correlation to quota attainment, win rates, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment with knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, complex sales cycles, and services delivery models.
  • Outstanding project management, organizational, communication, and influence skills.
  • Passion for developing people and staying current on enablement best practices.

  • Base salary range of $98,000 to $193,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
