Description

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
  • Build strong customer relationships that create growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to shape customer solutions.
  • Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal size.
  • Participate in sales enablement, bootcamp, training, and leadership development programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field, quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market focused on new account expansion.
  • Experience winning and growing business across Federal Government agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts and manage a complex sales process.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Experience building business champions.
  • Driven, competitive, and highly motivated to succeed.
  • Previous sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Familiarity with databases, developer tools, and open source technology is a plus.
  • Must be based in Canberra, ACT, or able to work remotely from the Canberra region.
