Description

  • Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Talent Discovery based on historical data and changing business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use talent analytics to improve hiring outcomes and resource allocation.
  • Lead and develop a global team across the U.S., EMEA, and India, including a manager-of-managers structure.
  • Create a high-performance culture that combines strong delivery expectations with psychological safety and inclusion.
  • Act as a consultant to the Recruiting Leadership Team by providing delivery forecasts, market intelligence, and talent mapping.
  • Advance global sourcing capabilities through new tools, AI adoption, and team training.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align Talent Discovery priorities with broader business needs and hiring goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and hiring velocity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven success leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent.
  • Experience overseeing Sales or GTM functions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through organizational change and ambiguity.
  • Strong talent analytics skills with the ability to perform deep-dive analysis beyond surface-level metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables for C-suite leaders.
  • Expert-level knowledge of top talent sourcing tools and passive outreach strategies, including use of AI.
  • Experience leading or partnering with international teams and working across different employment markets.
  • Ability to build new playbooks, identify system bottlenecks, and optimize hiring processes.

  • Base salary range of $104,000 to $204,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
