Description

  • Advise and partner with managers and directors in the Engineering organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical intern and new grad candidates, from source to close.
  • Partner with the university recruiting team on team matching and allocation.
  • Plan and host university recruiting events and programs.
  • Handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining strong candidate experience and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor.
  • Track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early-career technical candidates.
  • Experience delivering a top-tier candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Focus on efficient, effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool.
  • AI builder mindset and interest in using AI for personal productivity and programs at scale.
  • Ability to work remotely from any U.S. location.
  • Hourly contract role intended for June through December, with the possibility of being shortened or extended.
  • Experience recruiting for technical intern and new grad roles is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote-friendly role open to candidates in any remote U.S. location.
  • Hourly contract compensation with pay ranges of $50-$60/hour in Zone 1, $40-$55/hour in Zone 2, $35-$50/hour in Zone 3, and $30-$45/hour in Zone 4.
  • Eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
  • Equity may be included in the total compensation package.
