Description

  • Define and lead a multi-year vision for Recruiting Operations centered on scale, automation, intelligence, and user experience.
  • Reimagine recruiting workflows by identifying friction, eliminating low-value manual work, and redesigning end-to-end processes.
  • Build AI-forward and automation-first operating models that free recruiters to focus on higher-impact work.
  • Identify and implement AI and workflow automation opportunities across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Develop practical automations that improve speed, quality, consistency, and user experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Partner with People Tech and IT to ensure recruiting systems are integrated, scalable, secure, and ready for future hiring needs.
  • Lead recruiting tool operations, including testing, adoption, and change management.
  • Own recruiting operations reporting and dashboards and partner with People Analytics on organization insights.
  • Improve reporting processes and output mechanisms in collaboration with TA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own the operational strategy and execution for core TA programs such as background checks and employee referral administration.
  • Ensure core talent acquisition programs are inclusive, scalable, compliant, and user-friendly.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Mobility/Immigration, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls while reducing complexity.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a Recruiting Operations team with significant responsibility for recruiting systems and cross-functional programs.
  • Experience transforming talent acquisition operations and systems in a high-growth, complex, or highly matrixed environment.
  • Deep expertise with recruiting technologies such as ATS, CRM, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, or scaling AI-enabled workflows and program automation.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting process design, systems architecture, data flows, controls, and change management.
  • Experience owning or closely partnering on compliance-sensitive programs such as background checks, referrals, immigration/PERM, and internal mobility.
  • Excellent judgment in balancing innovation with compliance, speed with quality, and automation with human experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Recruiting, People Tech, IT, Legal, and HR.
  • A curious, inventive, practical, and continuously improvement-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • This role requires in-office collaboration 1-3 times per year and can be based anywhere in the country.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

  • Base salary range of $146,561 to $301,744 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
