Description

  • Build, manage, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across multiple programs and regions in Canada.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments based on coach availability, certifications, travel requirements, and program needs.
  • Monitor daily schedule coverage and identify potential staffing gaps before they affect operations.
  • Respond to last-minute coach cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflicts in real time.
  • Arrange replacement staff and make operational adjustments to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
  • Communicate schedule updates and operational changes to coaches, managers, schools, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce tracking systems.
  • Support onboarding logistics and scheduling setup for new coaching staff.
  • Work with regional managers and leadership teams to support operational efficiency and program quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations coordination, workforce scheduling, logistics, dispatching, or staffing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • Experience in sports, youth programming, education, or multi-site operations is considered an asset.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $800–1200 USD per month.
