Description

  • Lead HR operations and systems support across the employee lifecycle within the People & Culture function.
  • Oversee the effective use, governance, and continuous improvement of HR systems and technology.
  • Ensure employee data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system governance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and maximize the use of existing systems and tools.
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee communications, and issue resolution with the PEO.
  • Support compensation administration, salary changes, market benchmarking, compensation planning, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain People & Culture reports, dashboards, workforce metrics, and data analysis.
  • Design, draft, implement, and maintain People & Culture policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
  • Oversee HR operations compliance, including personnel records, document retention, compliance reporting, and internal audits.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding operations and provide direction to the Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 7 or more years of progressive experience in operations, project or program management, business administration, human resources, systems implementation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or operational initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Strong ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, develop practical solutions, and establish clear workflows, ownership, and accountability.
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, project plans, process documentation, or standard operating procedures.
  • Experience working across departments, managing competing priorities, and moving projects forward in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience with business systems, reporting tools, workflows, data, or technology-enabled processes.
  • Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and provide direction to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, professional services, or another employee-focused operational function (preferred).
  • Experience with HR systems, benefits administration, compensation processes, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, or workforce reporting (preferred).
  • Experience supporting a remote, geographically dispersed, or multi-state workforce (preferred).
  • Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization or third-party service providers (preferred).
  • Experience implementing systems, improving workflows, introducing automation, or leading organizational change (preferred).
  • Experience in a law firm, professional-services organization, or rapidly growing company (preferred).
  • SHRM, HRCI, project-management, process-improvement, or systems-related certification (preferred).
