Description

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers.
  • Own product development for People Science and translate human behavioral intent into technical execution.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive insights from workforce data to support business outcomes.
  • Lead the development of AI agents that surface insights to managers in real time.
  • Ensure the People Data Stack is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and a single source of truth.
  • Translate complex data models into clear narratives and actionable stories for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to apply high-tech solutions to People offerings and increase human value.
  • Drive planned roadmaps and guide others to execute against them.
  • Collaborate across business teams to elevate data literacy and stewardship.

Requirements

  • Background in data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced statistics, data wrangling/science, databases such as SQL, or software engineering.
  • Strong coding or scripting skills in Python, R, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset or Tableau.
  • Ability to translate business questions into research objectives and choose appropriate methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive execution against roadmaps.
  • Resilience and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Business-level written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year for up to two weeks.
  • Nice to have: experience with Airbyte, Ranger, Superset, Temporal, or Trino.
  • Nice to have: basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Nice to have: experience in agentic engineering, product management, or user experience and design.
