Description

  • Run deep customer discovery to understand customer needs, current state, and desired outcomes.
  • Guide customers through the Modash purchase journey from first call to close.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by going above and beyond to solve customer problems.
  • Curate relevant demos, customer stories, and sales materials for each account.
  • Maintain and manage a full inbound pipeline while balancing new and existing deals.
  • Drive product adoption during sales cycles to support long-term contracts and retention.
  • Create deal plans, identify gaps and opportunities, and move deals forward with clear follow-ups.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Finance on procurement, billing, and legal issues.
  • Work with Success, Marketing, Support, and Product on handovers, resources, issue resolution, and roadmap input.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or similar consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales.
  • Curiosity and empathy, with strong listening skills and a drive to improve sales.
  • Resilience to handle obstacles, rejection, and failures.
  • Results-oriented mindset with an interest in measuring performance and progress.
  • Ambitious character with high personal standards.
  • Strong get-it-done attitude and ability to find solutions independently.
  • Interest in the creator economy and alignment with the company’s mission.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or in the creator economy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with how Shopify brands run their growth and marketing is preferred.
