Description

  • Own the demo booking and call qualification process end to end, including how requests are evaluated and routed.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales to define qualification rules and improve how sales time is allocated.
  • Own and iterate on the demo booking page, including copy, design, form fields, and routing logic.
  • Improve the rejection experience for non-ICP prospects by creating better self-serve flows and resources.
  • Develop new flows and experiments to increase self-serve revenue from non-ICP segments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the outbound cold email agency and manage day-to-day execution.
  • Approve outreach lists, write or approve email copy, and test new outbound ideas.
  • Build or refine systems to reach ICP trial users who do not book sales calls.
  • Work closely with the sales team and CRM owner to ensure outbound and lead data flows run smoothly.
  • Decide how the outbound program should evolve over time, including agency, in-house, or hybrid execution.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound tools such as Clay and Instantly.
  • Experience ensuring data flows correctly between outbound tools and HubSpot.
  • Experience building outbound programs from scratch in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong copywriting ability, with experience writing web page copy and emails independently.
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions autonomously, and ship quickly with frequent iteration.
  • Willingness to learn whatever the problem or opportunity requires.
  • Foundational marketing knowledge, including understanding of the 4Ps and how people buy in B2B (nice to have).
  • Experience in an early-stage company or building something independently (nice to have).
  • Exposure to hybrid GTM motions that combine self-serve and sales-led channels (nice to have).
