Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the MENA region.
  • Develop and implement an effective sales approach to generate and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative to grow the qualified pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Apply value selling and tailor solution offerings to customer needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate multi-year contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Identify and manage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and AI sales automation tools.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes.
  • Established professional network and ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new business.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Another Middle Eastern language is a plus.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS sales role.
  • Remote location, with preference for candidates able to work European working hours.
