Description

  • Represent Mitratech to strategic customers through regular, professional communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address daily customer needs and surface long-term needs.
  • Work with marketing to build customer advocacy through events, thought leadership, and related activities.
  • Proactively drive end-user adoption through product-focused meetings, industry thought leadership, and optimization efforts.
  • Recommend best practices that help customers turn product usage into measurable ROI.
  • Track and document customer success metrics throughout the customer lifecycle and conduct Mutual Success Plans and optimization sessions.
  • Shepherd customer-impacting projects to completion by coordinating the right internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales and account management to share customer insights that may affect retention.
  • Monitor and respond to product usage metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn Mitratech solutions; support or technical support experience is a plus.
  • No coding or development work is required for this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to break down complex issues into manageable pieces.
  • Excellent interpersonal, professional, verbal, and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with sound judgment based on customer needs and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or business analysis is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions.
