Description

  • Serve as the primary solution consultant and subject matter expert for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand client requirements and shape solution recommendations.
  • Customize and deliver software demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Mitratech’s connected GRC solutions, including ROI and business benefits.
  • Challenge clients to think beyond current processes and consider broader solutions.
  • Maintain and configure demonstration environments to showcase the technology effectively.
  • Support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to identify requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.
  • Share market and client feedback with Product teams to influence enhancements and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align on client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor competitive products and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
  • Track and report on sales consulting activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with focus on risk management, policy management, and ethics & compliance.
  • Preferred experience with GRC software solutions or related technologies.
  • Fluent German at native or near-native level and business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent skills development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • High motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work environments.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering value.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
