Description

  • Own and deliver against a partner revenue quota across the assigned region.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable resellers, distributors, solution partners, consultancies, and referral partners.
  • Build and execute a scalable partner onboarding and enablement experience across the B2B SaaS sales cycle.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Drive alignment between partners and internal sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain executive-level partner relationships and lead regular business reviews.
  • Support partners in delivering post-sales services, customer adoption, and long-term value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and operations to support partner success.
  • Track and manage key performance metrics and continuously optimize partner performance using data-driven execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing, quota-carrying role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in channel sales, alliances, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales motion and how to enable partners to replicate it.
  • Proven experience closing deals and managing opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and close.
  • Success working with distributors, resellers, and solution partners across UK/I, with potential for additional regions.
  • Experience driving revenue through partners in international markets.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution and short-term wins.
  • Comfort with experimentation and iteration while building scalable, repeatable partner programs.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
