Description

  • Drive account revenue growth by aligning the interests of multiple client stakeholders.
  • Lead enterprise account planning and coordinate company resources on expansion strategies.
  • Break into new personas and lines of business to create incremental use cases.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support future growth strategy.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and closed-business quotas.
  • Develop, strategize, negotiate, and close business with large multinational customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and New Logo teams.
  • Research customer challenges and identify key stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
  • Build deep relationships and manage strategic sales cycles across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the Southern Europe enterprise market, including SaaS experience.
  • Strong account expansion skills.
  • Strong new logo acquisition skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with senior customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and persistence in pursuing goals and solving problems.
