Description

  • Partner with the sales team to generate meetings and sales pipeline.
  • Profile accounts to define appropriate expansion strategies.
  • Reach out to new trials and users within customer accounts to drive more revenue.
  • Work with marketing to execute campaigns.
  • Use email, phone, and social media to engage prospects, users, and decision makers.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Inspire new use cases where Miro can solve customer challenges.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support sales strategy and future growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively through ambiguity with a growing team.
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and give and receive feedback.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on growing sales pipeline and supporting Miro's growth.
  • Can-do attitude and persistence in pursuing goals and solving problems.
