Description

  • Administer, optimize, and automate core identity and collaboration services, including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Manage AWS IAM policies, roles, service accounts, and the corporate AWS environment.
  • Design and implement user onboarding and offboarding automation with least-privilege access controls.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and remediate privilege creep across systems.
  • Build and maintain integrations and workflow automations using Okta Workflows, Make.com, and custom scripts.
  • Partner with the AI & Automation Engineer to design and implement workflow solutions and automated provisioning/deprovisioning pipelines.
  • Engineer and support macOS and Windows endpoints using NinjaOne, including device policies, compliance standards, and security baselines.
  • Deploy software, patches, and configurations at scale and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues escalated from the helpdesk.
  • Serve as lead for infrastructure and operations, including server infrastructure, monitoring, disaster recovery, office networks, VPN, and connectivity.
  • Act as a technical escalation point, mentor junior IT staff, participate in incident response and root cause analysis, and contribute to IT architecture and strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT operations.
  • Strong expertise with identity management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, EC2, S3, and core AWS services.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as NinjaOne, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Experience building workflows and automations using Okta Workflows, Make.com, Zapier, or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Comfortable scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SSO/SAML/OIDC protocols and federation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
  • Experience with SIEM and logging tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch is preferred.
  • Background in API integrations and REST/GraphQL is a plus.
  • AWS Solutions Architect, Okta Certified Professional, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments is preferred.

  • Salary range of $76,160-$99,960 for Geo 2 locations and $69,888-$91,728 for Geo 3 locations.
