Description

  • Define and own the health plan go-to-market strategy, including target markets, segmentation, pricing, contracting, and scaling roadmap.
  • Win new partnerships with Blues plans and other commercial payers through complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Expand strategic accounts across covered lives, geographies, clinical programs, and revenue.
  • Own health plan revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales operating cadence.
  • Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing payer sales organization.
  • Provide market and competitive insights to shape payer strategy and improve Midi’s offering.
  • Collaborate with Payer Alliances, Commercial Operations, Clinical, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Represent Midi with payer executives and establish the company as a leader in women’s midlife care.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in payer sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Deep experience selling to health plans, particularly regional Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
  • Track record of closing multi-million-dollar payer partnerships and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
  • Experience developing payer go-to-market motions from early traction to meaningful scale.
  • Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on ownership of critical deals.
  • Strong executive presence and experience building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in health tech, provider services, care delivery, or value-based care preferred.
  • Experience with value-based or risk-aligned partnerships preferred.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare for women; U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship required.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $220,000–$284,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
