Description

  • Own end-to-end sales efforts to target, engage, and close strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to revenue goals and the ideal customer profile.
  • Drive consultative sales conversations that convert customer needs into long-term partnerships.
  • Secure meetings through creative, persistent, and strategic outreach.
  • Build internal champions using both top-down and bottom-up sales approaches.
  • Clearly articulate Midi Health’s differentiated value proposition to maximize deal value.
  • Understand and orchestrate the broader healthcare ecosystem, including payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks.
  • Forecast pipeline and maintain strong deal hygiene.
  • Manage opportunities with disciplined follow-through and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience.
  • Proven success selling into complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep industry relationships and a strong professional network, including employers, brokers, and payors.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience building a go-to-market motion from early traction to scale.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and outcomes-focused mindset.
  • Comfort working autonomously while building executive relationships.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $200,000-$210,000 annually plus variable compensation.
  • Eligible for additional compensation including equity.
  • Remote work location.
