Description

  • Develop and maintain deployment project plans, milestones, resource requirements, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Define system specifications and maintain architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create scopes of work for third-party integrators and manage their timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site audits to verify deployment quality and readiness.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and explaining technical decisions.
  • Coordinate with Support to execute deployments and hand off fully deployed environments.
  • Identify deployment-process issues and implement scalable improvements that reduce technical administrative overhead.
  • Set milestone quality gates and verify that system functionality meets the agreed project scope.
  • Support regional business development activities and address coverage gaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical project management experience leading complex infrastructure or security-related deployments.
  • Experience with large-scale field deployments and operational support for distributed hardware.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IP video camera systems, including Axis, Avigilon, and Genetec.
  • Advanced risk mitigation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical designs and standardized deployment architectures.
  • Proven ability to independently resolve complex issues with creative solutions.
  • Comfort using AI tooling, including GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with software-centric computer vision solutions.
  • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Scala, Java, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS, Git/GitHub, and Datadog.
