Description

  • Assist with strategic projects such as competitive analytics and A/B testing to support decision-making.
  • Conduct outside-in research to identify industry best practices, benchmarks, and strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Client Development, and Product to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support project execution and help drive work forward across stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or in a master's program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background or interest in digital marketing strategy and full-funnel analytics.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability to work accurately with large datasets.
  • Strong data validation and cleanup skills.
  • Understanding of a marketing-sales full funnel, including lead journey and key metrics.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects forward.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating dashboards and reports in Sales Cloud.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Power BI, including filtering, creating visualizations, updating formulas, and managing backend tables.
