Description

  • Build, train, deploy, monitor, and maintain advanced predictive and time-series models for forecasting, capacity planning, deal scoring, and customer propensity.
  • Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses using regression, causal inference, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and other methods on large-scale datasets.
  • Design and implement AI/LLM-powered analyses and tooling, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Own end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems that support GTM and Support planning workflows.
  • Develop and maintain prospect, deal health, archetype, and capacity models to inform GTM strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Define, create, and steward benchmarks and metrics for growth, engagement, and success outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and materials that support senior leadership decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Systems & Engineering, GTM Operations, Rev Ops & Planning, Product, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Finance.
  • Ensure analytical solutions and production pipelines are reliable, scalable, trusted, and adopted by the business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or data science role; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling, including regression, classification, gradient boosting, decision trees, clustering, PCA, anomaly detection, and topic modeling.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or LLM-integrated analytics workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, statsmodels, and LLM/AI libraries such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or HuggingFace, plus SQL.
  • Working knowledge of dbt and experience with distributed coding projects and Git.
  • Experience owning and scaling end-to-end data pipelines with orchestration in Airflow and transformation/modeling in dbt.
  • Experience developing and iterating on time-series forecasting frameworks such as ARIMA/SARIMAX, ETS, MSTL, and machine learning-based models.
  • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, or similar tools.
  • Strong project ownership, including working to a roadmap, managing milestones and deliverables, and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they are fully defined.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.

  • Flexible work-related travel that is coordinated in advance, up to 10%.
