Description

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for Community Marketing and Client Development.
  • Define the analytics roadmap and measurement priorities for Community programs.
  • Lead analyses across referrals, events, COI programs, specialty initiatives, and emerging community programs.
  • Diagnose performance trends, root causes, and growth opportunities across market, advisor, and program levels.
  • Evaluate lead quality, conversion performance, pipeline contribution, and program ROI.
  • Own Community Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, reporting packages, and self-service reporting tools.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence, Salesforce, and Operations to improve data quality, automation, and measurement.
  • Own recurring business reviews, executive scorecards, and operating cadences for Community Marketing.
  • Drive the weekly Community Program Office process, including tracking, reporting, action items, and follow-up.
  • Develop forecasts, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for Community programs and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with CRM data and reporting environments, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, reporting, insight generation, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Financial services, wealth management, professional services, or B2B experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting referral-driven, field-based, or distributed sales organizations preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, data modeling, or advanced analytical techniques preferred.
  • Experience building forecasting models and business performance frameworks preferred.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams preferred.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with possible early or late hours as needed.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $95,000 to $105,000 USD.
