Description

  • Onboard new clients efficiently and professionally to support strong client retention.
  • Coordinate seamless follow-up and handoffs from Regional Vice Presidents to Wealth Management teams.
  • Proactively engage channel partners to build sales momentum and drive opportunities forward.
  • Participate in prospect meetings and manage follow-up with prospects.
  • Support the closing of prospects through strong client service and relationship management.
  • Manage prospecting activities, including Client Questionnaires and communications with Financial Consultants.
  • Travel to branch offices and events to support RVP prospecting, meetings, and partner engagement.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with channel partner branches and prospects.
  • Work with RVPs on projects such as event coordination, financial data review, and report preparation.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external business partners while adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in financial services or related administrative support.
  • Sales experience highly preferred.
  • Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 license preferred; must obtain the Series within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with high-level, busy professionals.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Must be flexible, discreet, and able to travel occasionally to channel partner offices and prospects’ locations.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $72,250 to $85,000 USD.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
