Description

  • Support multiple executives and senior leaders with administrative needs.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives, employees, and clients to ensure timely, service-oriented communication.
  • Maintain accuracy in internal systems and organized records.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials distribution, and follow-up on action items.
  • Monitor, track, and organize data, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events as needed.
  • Uphold office procedures and handle special projects or other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in an administrative assistant role.
  • At least 2 years of planning and executing corporate events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
