Description

  • Contact insurance companies and claim adjusters to request updates on claims, paperwork, and settlement status.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain key claim documents such as adjuster summaries, scope of loss reports, settlement statements, and payment confirmations.
  • Follow up on submitted estimates and invoices to confirm receipt and track payment progress.
  • Update CRM records with communications, documents, and status changes.
  • Move clients through internal workflow stages based on job progress.
  • Communicate daily with internal team members to share status updates and flag issues.
  • Keep digital job files organized, complete, and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in roofing, restoration, or insurance claims coordination is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims, adjusters, Xactimate, or construction/roofing workflows is a plus.
  • Must speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
