Description

  • Ensure general office readiness by ordering snacks and supplies, performing basic cleaning, and organizing office spaces.
  • Coordinate employee and guest visits by reserving adequate space and submitting access requests.
  • Resolve workplace tickets through Atlas for events, office support, access, and general questions.
  • Coordinate onsite events, including catering, space booking, access, and day-to-day support.
  • Plan and execute onsite employee events.
  • Coordinate with office maintenance and vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • This is a part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • Passion for delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple office logistics and onsite activities.
  • Experience working with office support tools such as Atlas (preferred).
  • Ability to interact with employees, guests, vendors, and maintenance partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
