Description

  • Co-lead discovery sessions with sales representatives to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic goals.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions using low-code development, graph technologies, data analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops tailored to specific requirements.
  • Lead and execute proofs of concept that demonstrate the value and capabilities of the platform.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop trusted relationships with technical champions and executive sponsors.
  • Provide technical input for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Monitor BFSI industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to refine solutions and positioning.
  • Collaborate with peers, professional services, developers, business analysts, and sales teams to support delivery and share market feedback.
  • Represent Siemens at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a thought leader.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering.
  • Experience in data preparation/mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or big data analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industries, including business processes, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation drivers.
  • Experience with modern data, AI, or analytics platforms such as Alteryx, DataRobot, Dataiku, TigerGraph, Neo4j, or Amazon Neptune.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies including APIs, REST, SOAP, and message queues.
  • Knowledge of data fabric and AI fabric concepts, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with data mining, manipulation, analytics, ML, and graph technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred experience in FinTech or Capital Markets.
  • Preferred knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Mendix certifications, Altair certifications, or relevant AI/ML or Data/AI fabric certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Altair solutions such as Monarch, AI Studio, and Graph Studio is preferred.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
