Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Account Managers supporting Financial Services enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build scalable operating rhythms and account management motions that support predictable growth across renewals, expansion, and adoption.
  • Own renewal outcomes and guide the team through complex commercial decisions and deal structuring.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain top-performing team members while raising the standard for commercial execution.
  • Conduct deal inspections, renewal reviews, and hands-on coaching to improve team performance.
  • Strengthen forecasting rigor, pipeline visibility, and team accountability using data.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive commercial outcomes and align on customer strategy.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex renewals, high-stakes negotiations, and executive client conversations.
  • Identify churn risks and prioritize opportunities to improve retention and growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, urgency, and precision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience in SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Services, especially hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment banks.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is strongly preferred.
  • Track record of improving forecast accuracy and team accountability through data.
  • Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to operate under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and prioritize relentlessly.
  • Hands-on coaching style with a focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Strong commercial fluency and confidence in executive-level conversations.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $154,000 to $193,000 USD.
