Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident transactions related to current lease agreements.
  • Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding to concerns, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Process resident move-ins, move-outs, and evictions, including inspections, notifications, and paperwork.
  • Perform basic accounting and collections activities and maintain tenant ledgers for lease-related revenue and expenses.
  • Monitor resident compliance with community policies and enforce standards as needed.
  • Communicate community events, programs, and initiatives to residents in a timely manner.
  • Support resident retention by explaining renewal options and cross-community relocation opportunities and executing lease renewals.
  • Organize materials, report defects, and complete spot cleaning to help maintain a positive community image.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining files, entering data, and compiling reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to retain customers through account or lease renewals, including cross-selling or upselling.
  • Proven success ensuring customer compliance with account or lease terms; experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints using independent judgment and presenting solutions to customers.
  • Ability to professionally interact with and relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities or unexpected interruptions, including unscheduled in-person and phone interactions.
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours.
