Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery across large, intertwined scopes of work for enterprise client portfolios.
  • Manage agile execution, including Jira sprints, backlogs, prioritization, and project documentation.
  • Attend client stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to represent progress and remove blockers.
  • Design, implement, and maintain delivery and resourcing plans for project work.
  • Manage day-to-day capacity allocation across delivery teams.
  • Track run-rates and proactively flag resourcing gaps or delivery pace issues.
  • Manage project financials, control margins, and prevent scope creep.
  • Own end-of-month processing, invoicing operations, and CRM/Salesforce pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Client Partnership and Strategy/Technical Lead teams to support delivery and account stability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a project or program manager leading large-scale, intertwined enterprise client portfolios.
  • Strong command of agile methodologies, Jira sprint management, backlog grooming, and client sprint ceremonies.
  • Direct experience tracking project run-rates, controlling budgets, preventing scope creep, and running end-of-month processing.
  • Experience designing delivery plans and managing capacity across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical teams and clients on progress, blockers, and timelines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a clear RACI structure alongside Technical Leads and Client Partners.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Salesforce.
  • Experience with MarTech or data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as GCP or AWS, or to data engineering / analytics engineering concepts, is preferred.
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Cloud certification experience is an added plus.
