Description

  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy across the product and project portfolio.
  • Establish go-to-market best practices, frameworks, and processes for the organization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure items complete the SDLC process.
  • Set up provider processes for go-to-market communications and demos.
  • Work with other lead project managers to create stories and bugs and drive them cross-functionally for each provider.
  • Mentor and guide team members and cross-functional contributors.
  • Provide direction and coaching to maintain consistent execution standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end launch plans, timelines, and complex cross-functional projects and launches.
  • Lead multiple concurrent launches while balancing priorities and resources.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks at the product or project level.
  • Lead launch readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Align and influence senior stakeholders across departments on strategy and execution.
  • Lead product and project enablement efforts, including training, collateral, and tools.
  • Analyze launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report outcomes and insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership of major product launches end-to-end.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and software business models.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Azure.
  • Proven success scaling go-to-market processes in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • 7+ years in go-to-market, product marketing, or product management roles.
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Strategic vision and executive-level thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence.
  • Cross-functional program leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
