Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and decisions.
  • Conduct market, competitive, business, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Identify delivery and performance risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, align competing priorities, and secure commitment to shared product decisions.
  • Communicate clearly with different audiences and provide concise, decision-ready updates.
  • Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning in alignment with company goals, market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Delivery, and other partners to support successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage trade-offs to deliver high-value products on time and within budget.
  • Establish KPIs and use data to measure product success and guide continuous improvement.
  • Mentor associate and mid-level product managers and help strengthen product management processes and culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology projects related to digital products, software design, and/or development.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end workflow discovery and process redesign in complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Track record of taking a solution from concept through training, release, and post-release adoption and monitoring.
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable product requirements.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle for products or suites of small products with multiple features and complex requirements.
  • Understanding of web technologies, technical concepts, software development, coding, and APIs.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on a new business domain and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with internal and external partners.
  • Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience using Sketch, Miro, or similar collaborative design tools for wireframes and design changes.
  • Experience using Jira or similar requirements management tools.
  • Previous consulting experience (preferred).
  • Agile process certification such as Scrum Master or Product Owner (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring and team building (preferred).
