Description

  • Assist senior consultants in conducting needs assessments and gathering client requirements.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with clients.
  • Use market insights, lead-generation strategies, and targeted outreach to secure new accounts.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings and demonstrations to showcase Salesforce capabilities.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with Salesforce.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM systems with sales activities and client information.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution after the sale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an end-to-end sales role, ideally within the Salesforce tech stack.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving growth through prospecting, tailored solutions, and deal negotiation.
  • Strong ability to understand client challenges and align solutions to drive outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience with strategic account management, pipeline management, and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity.
  • Team player who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong awareness of market trends and competitor movements.
  • Experience with technology and Salesforce ecosystems is preferred.
