Description

  • Lead and support delivery of contracted media products and services across key platforms.
  • Manage programs of work related to research, insights, strategy, and measurement for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client operational relationships and represent Monks in client interactions.
  • Own client plans and participate in or lead client meetings.
  • Deliver work to SLA expectations with high attention to detail.
  • Manage personal deliverables, time, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • Support forecasting, mock billing, invoice troubleshooting, and Salesforce compliance.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and manage them in Salesforce.
  • Apply scoping calculator, SOW, and legal processes as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, mentoring, and onboarding.
  • Provide feedback and propose operational improvements to leadership.
  • Attend industry events and collaborate on case studies and partner/client feedback forums.

Requirements

  • Proven media experience across digital platforms, ideally in a media agency or consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client-facing engagements and delivering to contract requirements.
  • Experience with financial systems, media forecasting, time tracking, and billing.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive 'what’s next' mindset.
  • Ability to self-prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to and lead internal initiatives.
  • Current platform certifications are expected to be maintained.
  • Curiosity and strong time management skills are preferred.
