Description

  • Manage and grow assigned client relationships through hands-on partnership with EnableComp operations and sales leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for the client lifecycle, including sales, implementations, project go-lives, business reviews, and cross-sell identification.
  • Track client performance goals and KPI metrics such as customer surveys, scoring, and retention goals.
  • Review monthly and quarterly reporting packages and deliver them to clients with relevant metrics and benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement client-specific strategies and action plans to resolve issues and maximize current and future revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and Product Support, on file corrections, updates, and automation.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings and conference calls, prepare agendas, summaries, and meeting deliverables.
  • Support implementation rollouts and manage client deliverables after implementation.
  • Participate in internal account review meetings, including sales forecast and at-risk reviews.
  • Introduce and sell new solutions to existing clients and maintain a target sales quota.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated account management experience in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Experience engaging with hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective professional presentation skills for communicating analytics, results, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
