Description

  • Lead and support the delivery of contracted media products and services across assigned clients and platforms.
  • Deliver programs of work related to research, insights, strategy, and measurement.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and meet SLA expectations.
  • Execute delivery across Managed Media, Advisory, and Resale & Activation with leadership support as needed.
  • Own and manage a client plan and participate in or lead client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client operational teams and represent Monks in client interactions.
  • Manage personal deliverables and time effectively while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
  • Proactively participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing, internal initiatives, and mentoring.
  • Provide feedback to leadership and suggest operational improvements.
  • Manage mock billing, troubleshoot invoice issues, and support accurate forecasting, Salesforce, and EOM compliance.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and manage them within Salesforce.
  • Apply the scoping calculator and SOW/legal processes, and maintain current platform certifications.
  • Support onboarding of new team members, internal cultural initiatives, industry events, and case study development.

Requirements

  • Proven media experience across digital platforms, ideally in a media agency or consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing client-facing engagements and delivering to contract requirements.
  • Experience working with financial systems, media forecasting, time tracking, and billing.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong proactivity, curiosity, and time management skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail with a 'what’s next' mindset.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to and lead internal initiatives.
