Description

  • Define and own the global Enterprise Account Management vision and strategy for priority enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the Account Management leadership team and manage people, performance, and development across the organization.
  • Design and evolve the global operating model, segmentation approach, and engagement frameworks for Enterprise Account Management.
  • Serve as senior executive sponsor for strategic accounts and lead critical escalations.
  • Build and operate a global performance management system with forecasting, KPI governance, and executive reporting.
  • Drive succession planning, talent development, and leadership accountability across the team.
  • Use advanced analytics and customer insights to inform decisions, mitigate risk, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives with partners across Revenue, Finance, People, and Operations.
  • Coach leaders, promote best practices, and provide visible senior leadership across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success with senior-level leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of scalable growth and customer retention.
  • Experience using data to drive forecasting, segmentation, and retention/expansion outcomes.
  • Strong quota-carrying experience in SaaS with direct responsibility for team revenue targets.
  • Experience leading global teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Demonstrated commitment to results, accountability, collaboration, influence, negotiation, priority setting, and resilience.
  • Experience with inclusive leadership and building cohesive, diverse teams.
  • Ability to set long-range plans and build integrated strategies.
  • Ability to coach and develop others to build team capability.
  • Remote role based in Eastern North America and must be located in a state or province where Hootsuite can legally hire.
