Description

  • Own a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansions end-to-end, including negotiation, deal structuring, and coordination with Finance and Legal.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans with growth objectives, risk mitigation strategies, and multi-quarter action items.
  • Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships to deepen client adoption of dv01’s platform.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the product suite in partnership with Sales and Product Specialists.
  • Use user analytics and engagement data to drive product adoption, surface expansion opportunities, and improve the client experience.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate structured insights to the Product team to support the product feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and align the product with client needs.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews, product demos, and training sessions for client accounts.
  • Represent dv01 at industry conferences, client events, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of account management, client success, or post-sales experience, ideally in FinTech, ABS/Structured Products, Capital Markets, or a related field.
  • Proven experience owning and growing high-value client relationships, including complex renewals and expansions.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, internally and externally.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and build a business case for expansion.
  • Deep product curiosity and technical aptitude for learning SaaS platforms and discussing complex financial data products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Comfort using analytics tools such as Tableau or Metabase to derive client insights.
  • Ability to visit clients occasionally in the NY Metro Area.
