Description

  • Own end-to-end sales for the assigned region.
  • Build and execute lead generation and conversion strategies, including conference attendance and industry networking.
  • Convert leads into signed clients and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Navigate complex hospital and health system organizations, identify decision makers, and handle objections.
  • Qualify inbound leads and drive new contracts through to close.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect needs and pain points to position maxRTE’s software effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Product and Operations, and work directly with the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay current on industry knowledge by attending networking events and partnering with associations such as HFMA.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Hospital and Health System SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Director of Patient Access, and CFO-level buyers.
  • Understanding of healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas to end users and engineering teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to independently craft and adjust outbound strategy as needed.
  • Experience with deep problem-solving and consultative sales approaches.
  • Self-driven, self-sufficient, and motivated; 50% of compensation is commission-based.
