Description

  • Develop and execute the lead generation strategy for Kompetenza and Datamax AI in line with business goals and sales targets.
  • Build and manage outbound sequences across Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools, and Salesforce.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and outreach frequency to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM workflows in Salesforce and ensure leads, activities, and campaigns are tracked accurately.
  • Partner with leadership to develop new outbound growth ideas, including new verticals, partner outreach, and webinars.
  • Manage campaign analytics and performance dashboards to report KPIs and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support consistent follow-up.
  • Research and test new automation and AI tools to improve lead efficiency and scalability.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly webinars and lead-generation events to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or growth automation, ideally in SaaS, tech, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools such as HeyReach and Aimfox, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven ability to build and manage automated multichannel prospecting workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn approach and willingness to iterate quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Experience running webinars or partner campaigns for lead generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and workflow automation is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce AppExchange solutions or CRM-driven B2B SaaS is preferred.
