Description

  • Build and manage strategic relationships inside Salesforce across multiple regions, increasing visibility with Account Executives, regional sales leaders, industry directors and sales associates
  • Support co-sell and joint account planning initiatives and influence enterprise account strategy with Salesforce teams
  • Navigate Salesforce internal structures and sales motions to create internal demand and secure partner engagement
  • Promote and position Kompetenza’s solutions (EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit, Corporate Services Cloud, Business-Ready Salesforce) to Salesforce sellers and stakeholders
  • Conduct account mapping sessions, identify white-space opportunities, and develop strong vertical use cases
  • Run enablement sessions for Salesforce sellers and develop compelling solution positioning and sales collateral
  • Develop and nurture internal Salesforce champions and align activities with Salesforce Partner Program strategy
  • Generate partner-sourced opportunities, track partner-influenced revenue, and support strategic account planning to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Partner Manager / Alliances Manager within a SaaS organisation
  • Proven experience working within or closely alongside Salesforce and a deep understanding of Salesforce sales cycles and internal structure
  • Strong network within Salesforce (AE, Director, RVP level preferred)
  • Commercially driven and relationship-led with ability to build credibility quickly and influence enterprise account strategy
  • Preferred: former Salesforce employee (Sales, AE, AM, or Partner Manager)
  • Preferred: experience with Experience Cloud or other vertical Salesforce solutions
  • Preferred: international partnership experience and comfort operating across multiple regions
  • Location: International (UK / UAE / Europe preferred)
  • Senior strategic mindset — this is a senior role with ownership of partner relationships and GTM impact
