Description

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise customers within a defined territory.
  • Grow Matillion’s footprint with existing customers through expansion and retention efforts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline generation through deal close.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to generate and convert opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with technology and consulting partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Navigate complex enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
  • Translate customer technical challenges into business value for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and a consistent focus on revenue growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistent achievement and overachievement of $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong ability to uncover technical challenges and translate them into business value propositions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Based in or focused on the New York City market / East Coast USA field territory.
  • Preferred experience working in partnership-driven sales environments.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual base salary of $106,500 - $160,000.
  • Total on-target annual earnings of $213,000 - $320,000 with commission.
