Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise customers within the Chicago territory.
  • Grow Matillion’s footprint and value within existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with technology and consulting partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
  • Qualify customer technical challenges and translate them into clear business value for stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Manage enterprise sales processes, including large software contracts and RFPs.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and a consistent focus on quota attainment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistent achievement of $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to uncover technical challenges and translate them into business value propositions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual base salary range of $106,500 to $160,000.
  • Total on-target annual earnings of $213,000 to $320,000 including sales commissions.
