Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing six-figure enterprise deals and onboarding new customers.
  • Identify and close new enterprise customers while growing Matillion’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to build and accelerate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and consulting partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams to support sales efforts.
  • Translate customer technical challenges into clear business value propositions for different stakeholder levels.
  • Manage enterprise customer relationships and maintain effective pipeline management.
  • Navigate large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Continuously learn and apply new sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistent achievement and overachievement of $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong pipeline management experience.
  • Ability to uncover technical challenges and translate them into business value for all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a remote, flexible, or field sales environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual base salary of $106,500 - $160,000.
  • Total on-target annual earnings of $213,000 - $320,000 including variable sales commissions.
