Description

  • Lead Cadwell’s EDX/US education strategy and execution.
  • Design and deliver webinars, workshops, certifications, self-paced modules, and other training programs.
  • Coordinate clinical configuration, training deliverables, implementation plans, and go-live activities for assigned customers.
  • Partner with implementation teams to define expectations, document scopes of work, and resolve or escalate clinical and training issues.
  • Prepare for software releases and train customers on updated functionality.
  • Translate customer feedback into software enhancements, product design input, and process improvements.
  • Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, configuration quotations, and prospective customer evaluations.
  • Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, workflow guidance, and end-user support.
  • Develop education content and train internal Cadwell personnel.
  • Define and monitor education-team KPIs and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of clinical experience in electrodiagnostics and ultrasound.
  • Expert-level knowledge of EDX and US clinical workflows.
  • Expert-level knowledge of at least one EDX product line, either Cadwell or a competitor.
  • R. NCS. T and/or CNCT certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, listening, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with educational program design and delivery, clinical configuration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive process improvement.
  • Computer proficiency; working knowledge of Windows in a networked environment preferred.
  • Ability to assess customer needs consultatively and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, live near a major metropolitan area with an international airport, lift up to 50 pounds, work occasional nonstandard hours, and meet medical-facility credentialing requirements.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $120,000–$140,000 USD.
